Hi there!
Welcome!

I am an advertising tech professional turned yoga teacher and life/career coach. I am passionate about helping people like yourself find their way to becoming the most authentic version of themselves!

My approach is gentle and empathetic, where I give you an ample and safe space to express yourself. I believe that every one of my clients have the answers within themselves. Therefore, I provide the space for you to be able to work these answers out by asking thought-provoking questions, listening to see if there is any blind-spots for you, and also sometimes challenging your current ways of thinking.

If you've been over-whelmed with work or personal life,
If you've been under-whelmed with how the life is turning out for you,
You are in the right place.
Let's work together to find that sweet spot for you.

My coaching practice can support you in finding the most creative and authentic answers to issues that are near and dear to your heart at this moment in your life.

I specialize in life/career transition coaching, such as relocation, career/relationship changes.

Are you looking to change careers?
Are you faced with difficult decisions or people at work or at home?
Or are you feeling just a bit overwhelmed with life, you know something needs to change, but you don't know what or how?
Let's work together to help you be.. well.. YOU!

I will be your thinking partner to make the process much more productive and meaningful for you.
