Chad Halvorson

Chad Halvorson is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in workforce management and interactive marketing. As the Chairman of the Board and Founder of When I Work since 2010, Chad has led the development of leading shift-based workforce management software, prioritizing employee experience. Additionally, Chad serves as a Board Director at FactoryFix, where the focus is on connecting manufacturing companies with skilled labor. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Meditech Communications, Inc., and various positions at Best Buy, RadioShack, and SUPERVALU. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Visual Communications from Brown College.
