Paul Sieka

Paul Sieka has a diverse work experience in the design field, starting as an Intern Designer at Werner Design Werks in 2005. Paul progressed through various roles at Cue, Inc., Little, jones knowles ritchie, Monstarlab Americas, AKQA, Batch, and currently, When I Work, where they hold the position of Head of Design, Financial Services. Paul's career highlights include leading design teams, launching successful products, and working with a range of high-profile clients across different industries.

Paul Sieka attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1998 to 1999, focusing on Zoology/Animal Biology. Paul then went on to Iowa State University from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
