Nigel Beck is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in corporate development, strategy, and business development. As the CEO and Founder of WhenLabs since September 2015, Nigel focuses on AI solutions for workforces. Nigel is also a Board Member and Charter Member of the C100 Association, which advocates for Canadian technology entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. Previously, Nigel served as Vice President at IBM, where responsibilities included corporate strategy and development for the software portfolio, and played a pivotal role in workforce strategy anchored by the Kenexa acquisition. Other notable roles include founding liketribe, an early commercial bot company, and serving as an entrepreneur and CTO at Footprint Software. Nigel Beck holds a degree from the University of Toronto, Trinity College.
