Kim Moore

Kim Moore is the Founder and Managing Partner of U & I, which focuses on developing a new investment model for private companies since January 2024. With a wealth of experience as an investor, Kim has supported several technology companies including Drata, Chronosphere, KarmaCheck, and When Insurance, among others. In addition to investment roles, Kim serves as an advisor for Protect AI, Panther, and Orchid Security. Kim has also been a board member for the California CASA Association to advocate for abused and neglected children since October 2015. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Risk and Prevention from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Public Policy and International Affairs certification from Princeton University, and a B.A. in Social Science and Education from UC Irvine.
