Currently serving as a board member for When and as a board advisor for Wayside, Tara is involved in innovative solutions for offboarding and employee support. Previously, Tara held leadership roles, including Tandem HR Division CEO at Vensure Employer Solutions, CEO at Tandem HR, and President at The QTI Group, where significant achievements in integration strategy and financial performance were made.
