Isabel Rincón

Isabel Rincón has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Isabel currently works at wherEX as a Talent Development Specialist, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company from April 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining wherEX, Isabel worked as a Recruiter Specialist at Lemontech - Software para abogados en Latinoamérica from December 2019 to April 2021. In this role, they supported the recruitment and selection processes for the Engineering and Product departments. Their responsibilities included creating job profiles, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and administering psychological tests.

Isabel also has experience in organizational development as a Consultant at Partners & Success, where they worked from April 2019 to December 2019. Additionally, they served as the Recruitment and Selection Manager at Oriental de Salud Integral C.A. from November 2017 to January 2019, and as a Child and Adolescent Psychologist at Centro Terapéutico Integral para el Desarrollo del Individuo (CENTIR) and Fundación CIAMI from September 2017 to January 2019.

Throughout their career, Isabel has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, selection, psychological evaluation, and organizational development.

Isabel Rincón began their education in 2012 at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, where they obtained their Licenciada degree in Psychology in 2017. In 2022, they pursued further education at Universidad de Chile, where they are expected to complete their Revalidación in Psychology. Additionally, Isabel obtained a certification in a Taller de Entrevista por Competencias from Extended DISC Chile - Perú in August 2020. In 2022-2023, they are planning to pursue a Diplomado in Liderazgo y Equipos de Alto Desempeño at Universidad de los Andes (CL).
