Sofía Orellana Salinas

Sofía Orellana Salinas has held a variety of roles in the field of Human Resources since 2013. Sofía began their career at Packing de Fruta San Pedro as an Administrative role, where they gained experience in Agropecuario nivel medio. In 2017, they moved to Energy Fitness Clubs s.p.a. as an Administrative role, where they were responsible for reception and orientation of users. In 2019, they transitioned to Asociación Gremial Agrícola El Roble as an Administrative of Human Resources, where they were responsible for payroll, contracts, and other HR tasks for 70 companies in the agricultural sector. In 2021, they began working at Agrícola Convento Viejo SPA as an HR Advisor, where they proposed and implemented the first performance evaluation cycle and proposed improvements in the HR department. Sofía also began working at wherEX in 2021 as an HR Ops Analyst.

Sofía Orellana Salinas began their educational journey in 2009 when they attended Complejo Educacional Agrícola Talagante, where they earned a Técnico Agropecuario Nivel Medio degree in 2012. In 2014, they were an Alumna de Escuela at Escuela de Especialidades Fuerza Áerea de Chile. Sofía then attended Duoc UC in 2015 and earned a Certificaciones in Prevención de Riesgos. Finally, they attended Duoc UC from 2017 to 2020 where they earned an Ingenieria en Administración de Recursos Humanos degree.
