Andy Roper

Andy Roper has extensive experience in property services, currently serving as New Business Manager at whg since March 2003, focusing on enhancing non-rental income and improving maintenance delivery. Prior roles at whg include Property Services Manager, where responsibilities included managing repairs and maintenance services. Andy also held the position of Assistant Property Services Manager at Cannock Chase District Council from October 2018 to September 2019, and various roles at Walsall Council from February 1992 to March 2003, including Emergency Services Coordinator and Repairs Foreman. Education includes attendance at Shire Oak Comprehensive and Walsall College, as well as a CIM degree in Management.
