Fay S. has extensive work experience in the housing and community services industry. Fay has held various roles in different organizations, starting with their current position as the Corporate Director of Operations at whg since 2017. In this role, they work as part of the Group Executive Team and is responsible for IT, Housing Services, Stronger Communities, and Customer Services. Before joining whg, Fay served as a Non-Executive Board Member at Solihull Community Housing from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Customer & Communities Director at Severn Vale Housing from 2015 to 2017, and as the Head of Neighbourhoods - Birmingham at Midland Heart from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they have experience as a Regional Housing Manager at Orbit Group from 2007 to 2011, as an Anti-Social Behaviour Manager at Solihull Community Housing from 2005 to 2007, and as a District Housing Manager at Servite Houses from 2003 to 2005.
Fay S. completed their education in 1999 with a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing from Oxford Brookes University.
