Amy Lowe

Amy Lowe is a seasoned User Researcher with extensive experience in user-centered design across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at Which? since June 2023, Amy previously held a similar role at Citizens Advice where user research was conducted for the Help To Claim project assisting clients with Universal Credit applications. Amy's background includes a position as a User Researcher at Somerset County Council and a tenure at PDR International Centre for Design and Research, where a focus was placed on user-centered project development. Earlier experience includes roles as a Junior User Centred Designer at Scottish Enterprise and diverse internships and educational projects, such as creating an interactive storyboard for children at the University of Dundee, where a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Product Design was obtained.
