Cherie Willers

Cherie Willers is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Communications at Which? since April 2017, overseeing teams in News and PR, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Events, and Social Media. Previous roles include Head of News at the Local Government Association (September 2011 - April 2017) and key positions at Westminster City Council, including Chief Press Officer and Senior Press Officer, alongside secondments such as Press Officer for the Notting Hill Carnival and Media Relations Lead for West End Live. Early career experience includes roles as a Broadcast Journalist at both BBC and LBC Radio, as well as teaching English as a Second Language in Japan. Cherie holds a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Westminster.
