Fran Thorne-Hudd has extensive experience in customer service and membership operations, currently serving as Head of Member Operations & Experience at Which? since September 2019, where responsibilities include leading membership services teams in Cardiff and Bristol. Prior to this role, Fran held the position of Dealer Contact Service Manager at Motability Operations Ltd from July 2011 to September 2019, and before that, managed the HR Contact Centre for the Prison Service and Ministry of Justice as Customer Contact Services Manager from December 2005 to July 2011. Early career experience includes serving as Contact Centre Manager at Conduit and Team Manager at Admiral Insurance Company. Fran’s educational background includes attendance at St Cyres Comprehensive from 1989 to 1994.
