Janet Mollison

Business Improvement Manager

Janet Mollison has a diverse professional background spanning several decades, currently enjoying retirement while also serving as a Business Improvement Manager and IT Customer Support Manager at Which? since 2007. Additionally, Janet has been involved with Which? (Consumer Association) as an IT Customer Support Manager since 1999. Prior to these roles, Janet gained a foundational education in Librarianship with an ALA degree from Loughborough Technical College, completed between 1973 and 1975. Since July 2017, Janet has embraced the joys of retirement while drawing on a wealth of experience in business improvement and customer support.
