Jessica Ford has extensive experience in audience research and insight, currently serving as the Head of Audience Research & Insight at Which? since December 2008, where previous roles included Senior Insight Manager, Innovation Insight Manager, and Senior Insight Researcher. Prior to this, Jessica Ford held the position of Head of Publishing for Consumer Goods in Business Insights at Datamonitor from January 2005 to November 2008. Jessica Ford graduated with a 1st class degree in English Literature from the University of Essex in 2004.
