Joanna Pearl has over 15 years of experience in research and analysis within the health sector. Currently serving as the Head of Investigative Research and Service Analysis at Which? since October 2007, Joanna has also held the positions of Joint Head of Content Research and Analysis and Principal Health Researcher/Team Leader. Prior experience includes a role at the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence from 2005 to 2007, focusing on Patient & Public Involvement, and serving as Acting Joint Commissioning Manager for learning disabilities at Hounslow Social Services/PCT from 2005 to 2006. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Lancaster University and a Master's in Women's Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
