Tom Dolan

Tom Dolan is an experienced product leader with a diverse background in product management and development across multiple sectors, including government, digital media, and entertainment. Currently serving as Head of Product at Which? since January 2024, Tom focuses on driving product strategy and innovation while ensuring customer-centricity. Previous roles include Head of Profession for Product Management at the Government Digital Service, where support was provided to over 40 Product Managers, and Head of Product at the Department for International Trade, where Tom developed product communities and frameworks. With a career spanning various organizations, including ITV, MTV Networks International, and the UK Ministry of Justice, Tom has a strong track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to transform public services and enhance digital propositions. Tom holds a degree from the University of Warwick and has developed notable expertise in delivering user-centered digital solutions.
