Vicky Pike

Vicky Pike is an experienced professional with a robust background in product management and consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Which? since August 2025, Vicky also founded and manages Ideara, which focuses on executive coaching, product management consultancy, and DE&I training. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at RCL, Lead Technical Consultant at Colt Technology Services, and Head of Data at Mencap. Vicky has held multiple product-related positions at Sainsbury's Digital, Tech and Data, contributing as Head of Product across various domains. Additionally, Vicky has experience in project management and running a web development business, alongside time dedicated to family and community involvement. Vicky holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth.
