Tom Luesley

Tom Luesley is an experienced director with a strong background in recruitment and employer branding. Currently serving as a director at Which HR Software?, Bullfinch Recruitment, and Lemon Platypus since September 2023, Tom previously worked as a consultant for ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play from April 2023 to July 2024. Tom co-founded and directed Crimson Panda from August 2020 to October 2023 and held various roles at The Stars Group, including director of talent and head of talent acquisition, from September 2014 to July 2020. Prior experience includes leading group recruitment efforts at Mott MacDonald and recruitment management roles at LA fitness and Lansdowne. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from Kingston University, attended from 1998 to 2002, and completed secondary education at Clacton County High School from 1991 to 1998.
