We are a thriving firm of chartered surveyors, land agents, development consultants, planners and property advisors. We are professional, ethical and are proud to be considered one of the leading multi-disciplined property consultancies in Essex. Our strength lies in our depth of knowledge and experience across the property sector. This gives Whirledge & Nott the unique ability to offer our clients specialist, innovative solution-based advice.

Established in 1988 and originally based in the Chelmsford cattle market, Whirledge & Nott’s roots are within the rural community. Founded by farmers and surveyors Tom Whirledge and Nigel Nott our Chairman, Michael Hughes, has grown and evolved Whirledge & Nott to the multi-disciplined practice we are today.

Whirledge & Nott recognise that land opportunities are perpetually evolving. We offer a high-quality progressive personalised service aimed at helping our clients thrive in a fluctuating real estate market whilst maintaining our traditional values. Our expertise extends throughout Essex, Suffolk, East Herts and East London.
