Amanda Comos currently serves as the Manager of Organization Effectiveness and MLDP Program Manager at Whirlpool Corporation, leading transformation initiatives and organizational design efforts since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Slalom and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, where Amanda managed change management strategies and engagement initiatives for significant organizational projects. Amanda also has a robust background in change management consulting with TiER1 Performance Solutions and holds a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Communication from Miami University.
