Caio Aggio has over a decade of experience in procurement and engineering, currently serving as Manager of Global Procurement with a focus on Analytics and Automation at Whirlpool Corporation since February 2014. Previous roles at Whirlpool included Senior Engineer in Procurement, where responsibilities encompassed managing product costs and collaborating with the Cost Modeling team on productivity initiatives, and as an Engineer in Procurement, overseeing cost management for raw materials and manufacturing processes in Latin America. Prior to Whirlpool, Caio worked at Embraco in Procurement Business Intelligence, focusing on Total Cost of Ownership and market cost drivers, and at CRW in Process Development and Product Quality, developing essential quality assurance processes and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives. Caio holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina.
