Daniele Holanda is an Environmental Health and Safety Manager at Microsoft, where they have been since October 2014. Following their medical degree, they completed a postgraduate specialization in occupational medicine and an MD in psychiatry, developing a passion for the occupational health field. Daniele's career includes roles as an occupational physician at Moto Honda and Health Coordinator at Whirlpool and Cal-Comp, alongside various psychiatric positions. They have cultivated expertise in ergonomics, labor medical skills, and ISO certifications, aiming to enhance workplace safety and sustainability for both employees and organizations.
