Devon Voster

Devon Voster has a robust background in organizational effectiveness, talent management, and inclusion and diversity, with significant leadership roles across multiple companies. At Whirlpool Corporation from November 2020 to August 2023, Devon served as VP of the Global Org & Talent COE, directing various functions including talent acquisition and HR analytics, and reported directly to the CHRO. Prior roles at Whirlpool included Senior Director positions within Org Effectiveness & Analytics and Inclusion & Diversity. Previously, at Ingredion Incorporated, Devon was the Director of Global Talent and Diversity, overseeing multiple HR initiatives, and at McDonald's Corporation, Devon held Director and Manager positions within the Global Talent Management COE. The career began at Vantage Leadership Consulting as a Leadership Assessment & Development Consultant and also included a role at ACNielsen BASES. Devon earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University and a B.A. in Psychology and Statistics from Kenyon College.
