They have held various senior leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation, including Senior Manager of New Business and Head of Brand Experience, where they led teams to achieve significant market share and sales results. Prior to Whirlpool, Janice worked at Maple Leaf Foods and Kraft Foods, focusing on maximizing sales through innovative marketing strategies.
