Jayna Monaco

Jayna Monaco is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global talent management and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Management at Whirlpool Corporation since July 2021, Jayna leads the company's Global Talent Management Strategy and Enterprise HR processes. Prior to this role, Jayna was the Global Human Resources Director for KitchenAid Small Appliances at Raytheon Technologies and served in various HR Business Partner positions at Raytheon from June 2014 to July 2021. Responsibilities included working on cross-functional teams to secure global business opportunities, managing HR for major engineering organizations, and overseeing the Human Resources Leadership Development Program. Jayna holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor & Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kalamazoo College.
