Joe Dillon

Joe Dillon is the President of InSinkErator at Whirlpool Corporation, a position held since 2022. They previously served as the President of Industrial Automation at Emerson, having held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Vice President & General Manager at TESCOM. Joe began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Ford Motor Company and has cultivated extensive experience in engineering and marketing throughout their career. They earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis after completing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
