Jon Wiersbe

Jon Wiersbe is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management and operations. Currently serving as Sr Director of Service Management & Business HR at Whirlpool Corporation since July 2017, Jon focuses on driving continuous improvement and strategic planning within Global Business Services. Previous roles at Whirlpool included leadership in HR Transformation and Business HR for North America, as well as significant contributions to HR strategy and operations. Prior to Whirlpool, Jon held HR positions at McKesson and Eaton, where responsibilities encompassed supporting distribution centers, managing HR policies, and driving talent development initiatives. Jon began a career in human resources at Coldwell Banker Burnet, managing client relocations. Jon earned a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
