Kyle De Jong

Kyle De Jong serves as General Counsel at Whirlpool Corporation since November 2013, where responsibilities also include the role of Global Chief Compliance Officer. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant General Counsel for Global Disputes and Senior Counsel for Strategic Litigation at Whirlpool. Prior to joining Whirlpool, Kyle De Jong practiced as Litigation Counsel at Aon and held the role of Senior Enforcement Attorney at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. Earlier experience includes working as a Litigation Associate at Winston & Strawn and as a Summer Associate at Miller Johnson. Kyle De Jong earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Calvin University.
