Lynn Freiberg, MBA, LSSBB, is a Customer Experience Executive with over 10 years of experience in operations, compliance, and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Consumer Experience at InSinkErator, Lynn leads a team focused on enhancing consumer excellence through strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Previously, they held roles at ACCUMEN Inc. and GE Healthcare, where they drove transformational changes and achieved significant cost reductions. Lynn is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Lawrence University and a Master of Business Administration at Concordia University-Wisconsin.
