Lynn Royall

Lynn Royall has extensive experience at Whirlpool Corporation, having held various positions since 2001. Currently serving as the Manager of Training & Development for OpEx, Six Sigma, and Lean, Lynn coordinates all training aspects for employees and suppliers and was recognized for exceptional performance in planning the Global OpEx Conference in 2012. Previously, Lynn worked as a Sourcing Coordinator in Cooking Procurement, managing purchase orders and providing administrative support. Lynn's earlier roles include Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Global Procurement Operations and Senior Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Supply Chain, where responsibilities included coordinating meetings and communications for executives. Lynn holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Administrative Assistant from Black Hawk College.
