Manish Gupta

Manish Gupta is an experienced professional in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as Director for Asia Total Rewards, Talent, and L&D Operations at Whirlpool Corporation. Previous roles include Total Rewards Head and HRBP for Finance in India and Bangladesh, as well as Total Rewards and HR Operations Head. Prior to Whirlpool, Manish held senior positions at SKF Group as DGM of Total Rewards, HR Operations, and HR Technology, and at Encore Capital Group as Manager of Compensation and Benefits. Early career experiences include a managerial position in Total Rewards at Ericsson and a senior executive role in Human Resources at L&T Power. Manish holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University.
