Manishkumar Paghda

Manishkumar Paghda is a Lead Engineer at Whirlpool Corporation since September 2016, specializing in the development and maintenance of motor control algorithms for various washing machine products. Key achievements include delivering a direct torque control solution for direct drive motors, enhancing field-oriented control algorithms, and establishing a modular software library framework. Previously, as a Project Leader at Larson & Toubro Ltd, Manishkumar enhanced AC motor drive capabilities through MATLAB model-based development. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer at Autometers Alliance Ltd and Eaton Corporation, where Manishkumar focused on simulation software for power converters and developed motor wellness algorithms, respectively.
