Marlana McClain is an experienced engineering and technology professional with a strong background in strategic project management and regional distribution. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering, Technology & Analytics at Whirlpool Corporation, Marlana has previously held positions including Senior Manager of Strategic Projects and Regional Distribution Manager. Prior to Whirlpool, Marlana worked at Caterpillar Inc. as an Outbound Value Stream Manager, 6 Sigma Black Belt, and Assistant Value Stream Manager. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and ongoing studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
