Moloy Jani is a dynamic business leader with over 14 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, Media, Airline, and Telco sectors. They have successfully driven business transformation and commercial strategy, while managing cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Currently, Moloy leads commercial strategy for KitchenAid APAC and earlier held significant roles at companies such as Whirlpool Corporation, PepsiCo, and Monster Energy. Moloy has also contributed to finance and commercial analytics at organizations like Air New Zealand and George Weston Foods. They are pursuing a postgraduate degree in Professional Accounting and hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calcutta.
