Reena Agrawal

Reena Agrawal is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, organization strategy, and employee engagement within the Whirlpool Corporation since March 2008. Currently serving as the Director of Organization & Strategy for Whirlpool Asia, Reena has also held key roles such as Asia Lead for Talent Management, Inclusion & Diversity, and Senior Manager for HRBP, overseeing HR functions for Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing in India. Prior to Whirlpool, Reena worked at Hindustan Unilever Limited, playing a vital role as Sr. Executive in Business HR. Reena's academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Gurukul University, a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development, and a Bachelor's degree in Science from Meerut University. Key achievements include recruiting over 800 blue-collar employees and developing performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
