They have successfully implemented World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles, leading multiple plants to achieve Bronze and Silver Certifications while generating significant cost savings. With a strong focus on training and coaching teams, they launched the Kaizen Power Pitch competition to enhance engagement and innovation. Currently, Stefano is an MBA candidate at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, where they continue to integrate operational expertise with business strategy to foster sustainable improvements.
