Whisk Logistics, LLC is an asset-based logistics company located in Carson, CA. We specialize in Port Drayage with a 24/7 secure yard, private chassis and a team skilled in eliminating per diem.

PORT DRAYAGE

On-time service with real-time reporting — that's our promise. Across three generations we’ve moved hundreds of thousands of containers at the ports of Los Angeles & Long Beach. We’ve seen every appointment system change, every chassis pool shortage, every empty receiving restriction the terminals can throw. We've built playbooks for all of them. Moving freight since 1953, our goal hasn't changed: long-term partnerships built on exceptional service and value.

24/7 SECURE YARD

We have a 24/7 secure yard close to the Ports of LA and Long Beach. This allows us to continue to pick up containers and avoid demurrage even when our customers’ warehouses are full or freight arrives early.

PRIVATE CHASSIS FLEET

We maintain a private fleet of GPS enabled chassis so our customers are not impacted by pool of pool shortages or empty container return restrictions. Plus, chassis GPS provides an additional layer of security when your freight is in transit or staged at your warehouse waiting to be unloaded.

DEMURRAGE & PER DIEM ELIMINATION

Demurrage and per diem charges add up fast when containers sit at ports or warehouses. Automated scheduling of port appointments ensures your containers are picked up before free time expires.

And when the terminals won't take back your empties, we document every restriction in real time so you have the proof needed to dispute per diem charges. By tracking empty return restrictions, we've saved customers millions of dollars in per diem charges.
