“Design is not just what it looks and feels like. Design is how it works.” – Steve Jobs

Michelangelo was once asked how he was able to create such a beautiful sculpture as "David"... His reply was "David was already in the raw marble.... All I did was chip away the unneeded pieces”. Whether you're a Buckminster Fueller fan or a Frank Lloyd Wright enthusiast, good design is best when it accommodates your lifestyle and your pocketbook. Like Andy Warhol, we strive for simplicity as the rule in all fundamentals of the design process. We partner with you in developing a step by step system of methodically increasing the value of a "so-so" property and turn it into a "knock your socks off" home that you'll be proud of. Once you've made the decision to move forward with your new find, we look at the areas that require updating with specific attention given to working with a stipulated amount for corrections and lifestyle adaptations. You'll love what the finished product look likes and how it fits your financial requirements. "Good design is the result of inspiration" - Unknown
