Emma Frederick

Emma Frederick has extensive experience in engineering program management and leadership, currently serving as the Manager of Engineering Programs at Whisper since October 2021. Previously, Emma held the position of Director of Hardware Engineering at Fenix International, where responsibilities included managing a team focused on the launch of core business products and overseeing over 700K active products. Emma's career at Fenix International also encompassed the role of Senior Engineering Program Manager, successfully delivering multiple interdependent products from ideation to production on time and within budget. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Assistant to the Executive Director at CRI Compliance. Emma holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and a High School Diploma in Engineering from the High School for Math, Science, and Engineering at the City College of New York.
