Whisperwool calms rooms by absorbing noise. Due to a pleasant absorption curve, even low frequencies from 100 hearts upwards are absorbed and the high frequencies are not over-damped.
Wool regulates the humidity, it absorbs up to a third of its own weight in moisture, e.g. when it rains, and releases it slowly.
Sheep wool also filters toxins (e.g. formaldehyde) from other building materials and the air. By using pure sheep's wool (no mites!) Whisperwool is allergy-free, self-cleaning, antibacterial and moth-resistant.
The application areas of Whisperwool acoustic panelling are varied: entrance areas and lobbies in offices, doctors' surgeries and hotels. In classrooms, lecture halls, childcare facilities and gymnasiums. For communication zones, sales areas and meeting rooms. In hotel rooms, relaxation rooms and restaurants.
Use as acoustic ceiling, acoustic panel, ceiling canvas, wall panels or diffuser.
