Cecil Whitaker

Cecil Whitaker is the President of Whitaker Engineering, a firm specializing in water, wastewater, storm water, and aquatics since 2006. Prior to this role, Cecil served as Vice President at The Schneider Corporation from 2000 to 2006 and held the same title at Samuel L. Moore & Associates, Inc. from 1982 to 2000. Cecil began their career as a Senior Engineer at Butler Fairman Seufert between 1978 and 1982. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, which they earned in 1973.
