Alison Tune

Alison Tune is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as Procurement Manager at Whitbread since February 2022. Previously, Alison held the position of Sweet and Pastry Buyer at Costa Coffee from May 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing the commercial buying for the UK&I sweet and pastry counter. Additional roles at Costa Coffee included managing wrapped products as an Impulse Buyer. Prior to joining Costa Coffee, Alison worked as Procurement Contract Manager at Whitbread from June 2012 to May 2018, specializing in contract management for Premier Inn's property team. Alison's career began at Barclays, where various roles in retail banking were held from June 1986 to January 2015. Alison Tune obtained a degree in MCIPS from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, completing the program in September 2019.
