Andrea Martin

Andrea Martin is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Employment Policy Manager at Whitbread since February 2007, previously holding the position of Employment Policy Advisor. Prior to joining Whitbread, Andrea worked at Ridgehill Housing Association/Affinity Sutton from February 2003 to February 2007 as an HR Officer, where responsibilities included providing HR support, managing recruitment and training coordination, and advising employees and management on HR issues. Andrea holds an Associate degree in CIPD from the University of Bedfordshire and has educational background from St Francis College in Letchworth.
