Andy Bowles

Andy Bowles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Programme Manager for the Estates Development Team at Whitbread since December 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing the operational delivery of business change programs, managing new site openings and brand transformations across multiple restaurant brands, and leading a team of field-based trainers. Prior to Whitbread, Bowles held various managerial roles at Dixons Retail from July 2003 to December 2011, including Regional Manager for Transformation programs, where significant achievements included launching a successful pilot store that increased turnover and profitability substantially. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Politics and Social Policy from the University of Leeds and prior studies at North East Wales Institute of Higher Education and Flint High School.
