Anthony Colyer

Anthony Colyer has extensive experience in hotel and restaurant management, currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Whitbread since January 2004. Responsibilities include the daily operations of a hotel and a 200-seater restaurant, focusing on labor forecasting, recruitment, health and safety, revenue management, group bookings, and sales leads. Previous roles at Whitbread include Holding General Manager and Deputy General Manager at the Wirral Two Mills Premier Inn, where similar responsibilities were maintained. Prior to this, Anthony worked as a Production Operative at Thermal Ceramics from February 1996 to March 2001, ensuring production targets were met while maintaining high-quality standards. Education was completed at Neston High School from 1990 to 1997.
