Ashley Young

Ashley Young is currently serving as the Drinks Quality and Implementation Lead at Whitbread since June 2022, following the role of Brand Standards Executive. Prior experience includes a tenure at Premier Inn from November 2018 to July 2022 as a Multi Site Hotel Manager, and various positions from April 2009 to October 2015, including Operations Manager and Deputy General Manager. Earlier professional experience at Aston Hotels spans from July 2006 to April 2009, with roles as Front Office Manager, Conference and Events Manager, and Front Desk Receptionist. Currently pursuing a Higher National Diploma in Operational Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute, with an anticipated completion date of 2024, after studies at Woodham College.
