Bernard Chiew is currently the Managing Director of Illy Caffe Asia Pacific, a role held since 2016. They have extensive experience in the coffee industry, having been the General Manager for Costa Coffee since 2010, where they were instrumental in the brand's growth in China. Prior to this, Bernard worked as a Merchandiser at Marks and Spencer from 1991 to 1999 and served as the General Manager for a China joint venture at Whitbread since 1999. Bernard completed their education at Lord Wandsworth College from 1984 to 1989.
