Chitra Madan

Chitra Madan is an experienced technical lead and AEM developer with a successful career spanning over 17 years in the software industry. Currently at Whitbread since August 2017, Chitra has progressed through various roles, including AEM Developer and Senior AEM Developer, while delivering significant technical solutions, such as formulating an AEM backup strategy that reduced backup time from 8 hours to 8 minutes and managing the migration of over 40,000 users. Prior to Whitbread, Chitra worked at Sapient and Tata Consultancy Services in roles that involved architectural responsibilities, effort estimation, and client consultation for scalable solutions. Chitra holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from ITM University, Gurgaon, earned between 2001 and 2005.
