Daniel Greenhall is an experienced operations professional with a comprehensive background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Ops Tech Project Lead and Business Change Lead for the Opera Programme at Whitbread since January 2022, Daniel previously held multiple roles at Premier Inn from February 2014 to January 2022, including Operations Service Delivery Manager and Hotel Operations Manager for a newly opened 118-bedroom hotel. Additional experience includes leadership positions such as Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, where Daniel managed operations of a 160-bedroom city centre hotel with an adjacent restaurant.
